Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's journey in combat sports began at 14 years old. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd followed up to take down three opponents within a row in Ultimate Reno Combat. All her opponents ended in less than a minutes. Following that she took on WCFC to win again, beating Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen took on Silvia Babaeghian, and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo at WCFC 9. Cynthia beat Aspen and beat her in a unanimity to create an ominous mark on her amateur record. Ladd returned from her defeat with a win over Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, increasing her record to 8-1. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015. Aspen joined Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta 11 saw her slay Ana Carolina Vidal to score TKO victory in the opening round. Invicta Fc 16 represented her first fight with a bantamweight. Aspen defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar submission at the end of the second round. Her superior wrestling abilities has smashed McGill, and she was able to stop her third round by TKO (elbows as well as punches). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, at the catchweight (138.1lb) As Ladd failed to meet weight. However, Aspen was able to outclass Hoy. Aspen won her fight via TKO in the second-round. Invicta FC21 was her last match for the company. She defeated Sijara Ebanks with a majority decision. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 118, in a fight against Lina Langsberg. She outclassed Lina and then pounded her on the ground to score a second-round TKO victory. In her subsequent fight, she beat Tonya Evinger even more impressively. Ladd beat Evinger within the first ten seconds and received a bonus for her performance on the evening. Her debut fight was when she fought her second opponent in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. The two fights were one of the most competitive fights that Ladd won by unanimous decision. Both fighters received their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie broke Ladd's streak of winning within 16 seconds. After a quick break, she returned to finish Yana Kunizkaya during the UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. She took on Norma Dumont as a substitute during her final fight against the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. It was a unanimous decision in her favor.
